OneDrive is a cloud-based storage service included with Windows 10. Many OneDrive users have reported the following issue.

“Cannot Connect to Server. The server may be unavailable. Check your internet connection and try again.”

This issue occurs even when the internet connection is working properly. The issue occurs when Office apps (for example, Word and Excel) are stored in a nested folder within OneDrive and accessible via the OneDrive app. There is no need to be concerned if you have encountered this issue. Let us examine various solutions to this problem in this article.
