Anas bin Malik رضي الله عنه narrates that Rasúlullãh ﷺ said,

_Abstain from nourishing your body with Harãm_

Abu Bakr رضي الله عنه narrates that Rasúlullãh ﷺ said,

“Jahannam is best suited to the body that is nourished on Harãm food.” (Baihaqi)

Note:

_Just as it is not permissible to consume anything that is Harãm, likewise it is not permitted to earn Haraam or to eat from Harãm wealth. In this worldly life it causes the goodness and blessings of a household to be lost. in the hereafter the matter is more severe._

_The example of reading  times daily_

Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه narrates that Rasúlullãh ﷺ said,

“If there was a river at the doorstep of anyone of you and he bathed in it five times daily, would you notice any dirt on him?” They replied, “Not a trace of dirt would be left.” Rasúlullãh ﷺ added, “That is the example of the five _(daily)_ prayers through which Allãh removed evil deeds.”  (Bukhari)

_Extinguish anger with Water_

Atiyya رضي الله عنه narrates that Rasúlullãh ﷺ said,

“Verily, anger comes from Satan and Satan was created from fire. Fire is extinguished with water, so if you become angry then perform ablution with water.”

(Sunan Abī Dāwūd)

The Virtues of reciting Surah Dukhaan

. Hazrat Abu Hurayrah (Radi Allaahu anhu) reported that Allaah’s Messenger s.a.w (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wa sallam) as saying,

“If anyone recites Haameem Al-Dukhaan any night,  Thousand angels will ask forgiveness for him in the evening.”

[A Hadith narrated in Tirmidhi]

. Hazrat Abu Hurayrah (radi Allahu anhu) narrated that Rasoolullaah (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wa sallam) said,

“Whoever shall recite Surah Dukhaan on the eve of Friday, he is forgiven in the morning.”

. Hazrat Abu Hurayrah (radi Allaahu Anhu) has said: ‘I have heard the Holy Prophet (Sallallaaho Alayhi Wa sallam) saying,

“Whoever prays Surah Dukhaan on the eve of Friday or on Friday Allaah Ta’aala makes for him a home in paradise.”‘

Also please read Surah Kahf.

Whoever reads/recites “Sallallahu Alaihi Wasaalam” (smallest Durood Shariff) on Friday  times ( tasbeeh) it doesn’t have to be in one go, his/her death will not come until they see their abode in paradise – Subhanallah.

_Du’a to overcome your fears_

Ma’qal bin Yasãr رضي الله عنه narrates that onced i expressed my fears to Rasúlullãh ﷺ over  things in my life,

Rasúlullah ﷺ then said:

So this one will be given from his good deeds, and that one will be given from his good deeds.
