Silsila-e-Khilafat-e-Razawiyyah Ke Azeem Sitare Aur Maslak-e-Aala Hazrat Ke Muhafiz
Mukaddimah: Aala Hazrat Aur Unka Ishq-e-Rasool
Ameere-Ahl-e-Sunnat, Sayyidi Aala Hazrat Imam Shah Ahmed Raza Khan al-Qadiri (Radhiyallahu Anhu) ka dunya-e-Islam me ek behad aala aur naseeb-war maqam hai. Aap ko hamare is daur me Maslak-e-Ahle Sunnat ka haqeeqi Imam tasleem kiya jata hai.
Huzoor (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) ki bargah me unki deewangi aur aqeedat ka saboot unke is mashhoor-e-zamana sher se milta hai:
"Jaan o Dil Hosh o Khirad Sub To Madine Pahunche"
"Tum Nahi Chalte Raza Saara To Samaan Gaya"
Tarjuma: “Meri jaan, mera dil, mera hosh, aur meri samajh, ye sab to Madina Shareef pahunch chuke hain. Bas tum hi peeche rah gaye ho O Raza, warna tumhara saara saaman to pehle hi chala gaya hai.”
Ye khubsoorat kalam Aala Hazrat ke us gahre roohani talluq aur Madinah Shareef ke liye unki tadap ko zahir karta hai, jisme unhone apne aap ko mukammal taur par Ishq-e-Rasool me fana kar diya tha.
Maslak-e-Aala Hazrat Ke Azeem Khulafa
Sarkaar Aala Hazrat (Radhiyallahu Anhu) ki Ahle Sunnat ke liye khidmaat behad vishal hain aur unhe gina nahi ja sakta. Unki sabse azeem khidmat bad-mazhabon aur gumraah firqon ke khilaf deeni jihad tha, jiske zariye unhone musalmanon ke eimaan ki hifazat ki.
Unki is khidmat ko unke silsile ke azeem mureedeen, talaba, aur spiritual successors (Khulafa) ne poori dunya me phelaya. In azeem ulama ne bad-mazhabon ka radd kiya aur Maslak-e-Aala Hazrat (jo ke Sahaba aur Salaf-e-Saliheen ka haqeeqi rasta hai) ki hifazat ki.
Sarkaar Aala Hazrat ke azeem khulafa poore Hindustan aur dunya bhar me phele hue the. Unme se kuch mashhoor aur azeem deen ke sitare ye hain:

Inhi azeem-ush-shaan khulafa me Hazrat Allama Mufti Mahmood Jaan Peshawari (Alaihir Rahmah) ka ek nihayat hi aala aur mukaddas maqam hai. Aap ek parhezgar, dunya se door rehne wale, aur khauf-e-khuda rakhne wali shaqsiyat the, jinhone apni poori zindagi Allah aur Uske Rasool (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) ki khidmat me waqf kar di. Aap ek aalim-o-fazil ghaandane se talluq rakhte the, aur Aap ka ghar deen-dar logon ke liye panaah-gah aur bad-mazhabon ke khilaf ek azeem deewar tha.
Mufti Mahmood Jaan Ke Waalid: Hazrat Ghulam Rasool
Aap ke waalid-e-giraami Hazrat Ghulam Rasool (Alaihir Rahmah) apne daur ke ek behad jaleel-ul-qadr aalim the. Unki sabse azeem deeni khidmat Afghanistan se Wahabiyat ke fitne ka mukammal radd aur khatma karna tha [1].
Afghanistan me is fitne ko Isma’eel Dehlvi (jo ke bad me gumraah ho gaya tha) ne phelaya tha, jo shuru me Hazrat Ghulam Rasool ke hi shagirdon me se ek tha.
Afghanistan ke seedhe-saade log Wahabiyat ki jhooti aur gumraah baaton me aakar unke phelaye jaal me phans rahe the. Aise sakht halaat me, Hazrat Ghulam Rasool (Alaihir Rahmah) ne Isma’eel Dehlvi aur uski Wahabi vichardhara (ideology) ka poori taqat se radd kiya. Unhone Afghanistan ke logon ko unke gumraah aqeede ke baare me bataya aur unhe haqeeqi Maslak-e-Ahle Sunnat se waqif karwaya.
Unki is koshish se Afghanistan ke log is fitne ko samajh gaye aur unhone Wahabiyon ke khilaf bhashan shuru kar diye. Boht se Wahabi haare aur unhe Afghanistan chor kar bhagna pada.
Early Life: Hazrat Mufti Mahmood Jaan Ki Ibtidaai Zindagi
Hazrat Mufti Mahmood Jaan (Alaihir Rahmah) ne apne waalid, Hazrat Ghulam Rasool ke saaye me rah kar parvarish haasil ki. Aap ne uloom-e-deeniya ka gahra gyan apne waalid ke mukaddas qadmon me baith kar haasil kiya.
Apni ta’aleem mukammal karne ke baad, Aap ne deen ki tableeg ke liye Kathiawar, Jamjodhpur (Gujarat, India) ki taraf hijrat farmayi, jahan Aap ne Gujarat ke musalmanon ki khidmat ki.
Aap Gujarat me apne munazaron (debates) ke baais behad mashhoor hue. Aap ne naye-naye Isai (Christian) padriyon ko munazaron me karari shikast di aur unhe deen ke aage sir jhukane par majboor kiya.
Deeni Aqaa’id Aur Hazrat Ke Mubarak Qoul
Aap ka aqeeda Maslak-e-Ahle Sunnat par bilkul pakka tha. Unki likhi hui baaton aur kutub se unke aqaa’id ka bayaan neeche diya ja raha hai:
1. Huzoor (SAW) Ke Ilm-e-Ghaib Ke Baare Me:
Jab Aap se Huzoor (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) ke Ilm-e-Ghaib (Knowledge of the Unseen) ke baare me pucha gaya, to Allama Mufti Mahmood Jaan ne apna bayaan in alfaaz se shuru kiya:
“Bila-shubha, Allah Ta’ala ne apne sabse aala, mukaddas, mukarrar aur pyare Habeeb, jo ke kayenat ke banne ka sabab hain aur saare Nabiyon ke sardar hain, yani Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) ko shuru se lekar aakhir tak ka poora aur gahra gyan (comprehensive knowledge) ataa farmaya hai. Kayenat ka ek zarra (atom) bhi unke mukaddas gyan se chupa hua nahi hai.”
Aap ne mazeed likha:
“Ilm-e-Ghaib to Muhammadur-Rasoolullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) ke gyan ke beshumaar motiyon me se sirf ek chota sa moti hai. Is rooshni ne poori dunya ke musalmanon ke dilo ko rooshan kiya hai. Jo log is azeem gyan ka radd karte hain, wo dimaag se bilkul andhe hain. Unhone apne upar Allah ke azab ko dawat di hai, aur unke saare aitraazaat tabaah-o-barbaad ho chuke hain.”

2. Nabi Kareem (SAW) Ka Mubarak Mi’raj:
Mi’raj Shareef (Physical Ascension) ke baare me pooche jaane par, Allama Mufti Mahmood Jaan ne farmaya:
*”Habeeb-e-Akram (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) ka Mi’raj-e-Jasmaani ek sachai hai aur yahi Maslak-e-Ahle Sunnat Wal Jama’at ka aqeeda hai. Ye Quran, Sunnah aur Ijma (scholars’ consensus) se sabit hai.
Makkah se lekar Masjid-e-Aqsa tak ka safar (Isra) Quran ki naye-naye aayat se sabit hai, aur jo iska radd kare wo kaafir hai. Masjid-e-Aqsa se lekar aashmanon tak ka safar mashhoor-e-zamana Ahaadeeth se sabit hai, jiska radd karna gumraahi hai.
Aashmanon se aage Jannah, Arsh aur usse bhi aage ‘La-Maqaan’ (a realm beyond place) tak jana aur jannat-o-jahannam ki ziyarat karna Hadith Shareef se sabit hai. Is aqeede ke khilaf jana kanoon ki khilaf-warzi hai aur aisa karne wala faasiq (transgressor) hai.”*
3. Huzoor (SAW) Ki Shafa’at (Intercession):
Huzoor (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) ki Mubarak Shafa’at ke baare me Aap ne farmaya:
“Allah Ta’ala ne apne Habeeb ko zameen par rehte hue hi shafa’at karne ki ijazat ataa farmayi thi, aur wo qayamat ke din bila-shubha hamari shafa’at farmayeinn. Unki shafa’at lagatar jari hai, jaisa ke beshumaar Ahaadeeth se sabit hai.”
Bad-mazhabon aur Wahabiyon ka radd karte hue Aap ne likha:
“Ye behad afsos ki baat hai ke Wahabiyon ne is sabit-shuda sachai ka radd karne ki koshish ki hai, taaki wo logon ke dimaagon me Shaitan ke waswason ke zariye gumraahi phelayeinn. Ye log, Mu’tazila ke sath unke bhai hain, aur boht se mamlon me unke jaise hi aqeede rakhte hain. Ye dono firqe seedhe raste se bhatak kar gumraahi ki wadiyo me dakhil ho chuke hain.”
Aap ne unhe lalkarte hue farmaya:
“Kaan khol kar sun lo! Shafa’at ka mamla itna pakka hai ke iske liye Quran ki aayat moujood hain. Iske saboot Sahih, Mashhoor, aur Mutawatir Ahaadeeth me kasrat se milte hain. Tumhare phelaye hue aitraaz iske samne kuch bhi nahi hain aur tumhari ye saari koshish mitti me mil chuki hai.”
4. Murdon Ka Sunna (Sama-e-Mauta):
Kya wafaat ke baad mazaar me log sunte hain? Iska jawab dete hue Aap ne likha:
“Bila-shubha, wafaat paaye hue log zinda logon ki salam aur unki baaton ko sunte hain, aur iske liye logical aur authentic deeni saboot moujood hain. Sirf wahi log iska radd karte hain jinke pas ilm aur samajh nahi hai. Unme Mu’tazila firqa shamil hai jo raste se bhatak chuka hai. Poori Ahle Sunnat ka is baat par consensus (ijma) hai ke mazaar wale sunte hain.”
Aap ne iski roohani aur logical wazahat karte hue farmaya:
*”Logical taur par, saari salahiyatan jaise sunna, dekhna, aur samajhna, ye sab rooh (soul) ki salahiyatan hain. Jism to sirf rooh ke liye ek vessel (batan) hai. Jab rooh jism se nikal jati hai, to uski salahiyatan aur uski senses aur zyada tez ho jati hain kyunki wo jism ki qaid se azad ho jati hai.
Rooh ko jism ki koi zaroorat nahi rehti, chahe wo jism mitti me mil chuka ho ya rakh ho chuka ho. Wafaat ke baad rooh aur zyada azaad aur pure ho jati hai.
Chonke saari senses rooh ki hain, aur rooh kabhi fana nahi hoti, to phir ye kaise mumkin hai ke rooh sun na sake ya dekh na sake?”*
Peero-Murshid Aala Hazrat Ki Talaash Ka Mubarak Safar
Hazrat Mufti Mahmood Jaan Peshawari (Alaihir Rahmah) ne apni zindagi ke ek mod par ek sachay Peero-Murshid, ek Shaykh-e-Kaamil ki talaash me safar karne ka faisla kiya.
Jaise hi unhone ye pakka irada kiya, Marehra Shareef ke azeem masha’ikh ne un par apni roohani nigaah-e-karam farmayi aur unhe Bareilly Shareef me moujood unke silsile ke haqeeqi rehbar, Sarkaar Aala Hazrat Imam Ahmed Raza Khan (Radhiyallahu Anhu) ki taraf guideline (rasta) dikhayi.
Aap ne Aala Hazrat se mulaqat ke is mukaddas waaqia ko khud in alfaaz me bayan kiya hai:
*”Kafi lambe daur tak mere dil me ye baat thi ke jab tak mujhe koi mukammal aur aala darje ke Shaykh-e-Kaamil nahi mil jate, main mureed nahi banunga. Isi dauran, maine Hazrat Maulana Muhammad Zia’ud’deen Pilibhiti (Alaihir Rahmah) ka jaari kiya hua Islamic Magazine padhna shuru kiya, jo deeni gyan aur hikmat ke motiyon se bhara hua tha.
Usi magazine me maine pehli martaba Sarkaar Aala Hazrat ke baare me padha. Mera dil foran samajh gaya ke is daur me aisi azeem shaqsiyat ka milna koi aam baat nahi hai.”*
Hazrat Mufti Mahmood Jaan aage bayan karte hain:
“Allah ki roohani rahnumai me, maine Bareilly Shareef ka safar kiya aur khud ko Sarkaar Aala Hazrat ki mubarak bargah me haazir kiya. Jaise hi maine unke naseeb-war aur rooshan chehre ko dekha, mera dil mom ki tarah pighal gaya, mera eimaan taro-taza ho gaya, aur mera dil khushi se khil utha.”
Aap ne mureed banne ka waaqia bayan karte hue farmaya:
*”Mujhe meri soch se bhi bada aur aala Shaykh mil chuka tha. Maine silsile me dakhil hone ki guzarish ki, aur mere Shaykh ne mujhe apna mureed tasleem kiya aur foran hi Ijazat aur Khilafat se nawaza.
Phir wo apne ghar ke andar tashreef le gaye, apna jorha badla, aur mujhe apna khud ka Mubarak Kurta, trousers, Amaama (turban), aur waistcoat tohfe me ataa farmaya. Ye is gareeb ke liye unki behad azeem nawazish thi.
Unhone is kamtar ko Silsila Aaliyah Qadiriyah, Barakaatiyah, Razviyah, Chishtiyah, Suharwardiyah, Naqshbandiyah, aur deegar silsilon ki khilafat ka azeem taaj ataa farmaya. Unhone mujhe behad mohabbat aur izzat di, aur mujhe kai azeem alqaab se nawaza jo mujhe zindagi bhar yaad rahega.”*
Ek Hairan-Kun Aur Azeem Rishta (Shaykh Aur Mureed Ki Umr)
Shaykh aur Mureed ka ye rishta behad hairan-kun aur roohani mohabbat se bhara hua tha. Jab Sarkaar Aala Hazrat ne Allama Mufti Mahmood Jaan Peshawari ko mureed kiya aur unhe khilafat di, to us waqt:

Peero-Murshid Sarkaar Aala Hazrat ki umr thik 40 saal ke kareeb thi.

Aur mureed, Hazrat Allama Mufti Mahmood Jaan ki umr thik 80 saal ke kareeb thi!
Umr ke is azeem farq ke bawajood, dono ke darmiyan mohabbat bemisaal thin. Hazrat Allama Mufti Mahmood Jaan aksar farmate the ke unhe unke Shaykh ne Shariat aur Tariqat ke vishal samundar se roohani khazane ataa farmaye hain.
Sarkaar Aala Hazrat unse behad mohabbat karte the. Hazrat Mahmood Jaan bayan karte hain:
*”Sarkaar Aala Hazrat ke wisaal se thik 9 ya 10 mahine pehle, unhone mujhe ek mubarak khat (letter) likha. Us khat me unhone farmaya ke unhone apni tasneef ‘Al-Istimdaad’ ke aakhir me apne saare khulafa ke naam likhe the, lekin unka naam galti se printing ke dauran chhut gaya.
Main is chhut jaane ko apne liye ek behad azeem barkat maanta hoon kyunki is wajah se mere Shaykh ne khat me mere liye ek behad khaas aur azeem dua farmayi.”*
Sarkaar Aala Hazrat ne us khat me Mufti Mahmood Jaan ko jo baten likhin, uska Roman Urdu tarjuma ye hai:
“Meri lagatar masroofiyat aur deeni khidmaat ke baais, aap ka mubarak naam galti se ‘Al-Istimdaad’ ke aakhir me aane wale mere khair-khwahon aur supporters ke namon ki fehrist me chhut gaya, jise sunehre aksharon me likha jana chahiye tha. Mujhe iska pata printing ke baad chala, aur mujhe iska behad afsos aur dukh hai.”
Peero-Murshid Par Unka Kamil Bharosa Aur Beta Paana
Hazrat Allama Mufti Mahmood Jaan ka apne Shaykh par bharosa bilkul kamil tha aur wo unke ishq me dube hue the. Unka ek roohani waaqia iska bada saboot hai.
Hazrat ki koi aulaad (beta) nahi thi. Sarkaar Aala Hazrat ke wisaal ke baad, unke Urs-e-Chehlum (forty days of remembrance) ke dauran, Aap Bareilly Shareef hazir hue aur Aala Hazrat ke roza-e-mubarak par khade hokar Allah se dua maangi ke Aala Hazrat ke waseele se unhe ek beta ataa farmaye.
Allah ne unki dua ko kabool farmaya aur usi saal unhe ek pyara beta ataa kiya, jiska naam unhone poori mohabbat ke sath “Ahmad Raza” rakha.
Hairan-kun baat ye hai ke jab unke saahabzaade Ahmad Raza ki wilaadat hui, to Hazrat Allama Mufti Mahmood Jaan ki apni umr 100 saal se zyada thi! SubhanAllah!
Aala Hazrat Ke Mazaar Ke Gumbad Ka Design
Bareilly Shareef me moujood Sarkaar Aala Hazrat ke Mazaar-e-Aqdas ka jo mashhoor black and white striped gumbad (striped dome) hai, uske piche bhi Hazrat Mufti Mahmood Jaan ka hi haath hai.
Ek mukaddas safar ke dauran, unhone jali hui matchsticks (maachis ki teeliyon) ko pen bana kar ek kagaz par Aala Hazrat ke mazaar ke gumbad ka naksha (sketch) khicha tha.
Remarkably, unka banaya hua wahi design aaj bhi Bareilly Shareef me Aala Hazrat ke mazaar par chamak raha hai.
Hazrat Ki Azeem Tasaneef
Hazrat ne apni poori zindagi me kai aala deeni kutub likhin, jinme se do sabse mashhoor hain:
1. ‘Zikr-e-Raza’:
Ye dunya me Sarkaar Aala Hazrat ki hayat aur unki khidmaat par likhi gayi sabse pehli book (first booklet) hai. Malik-ul-Ulama Allama Zafruddin Bihari ne apni azeem biography Hayaat-e-Aala Hazrat me likha hai ke Mufti Mahmood Jaan wo sabse pehle shakhs hain jinhone Aala Hazrat ki hayat par kitaab likhi.
2. ‘Eedha-e-Sunnat’:
Ye unki ek behad mashhoor aur azeem deeni kitaab hai. Is kitaab par dunya-e-Islam ke thik tarsath (63) jaleel-ul-qadr Sunni Ulama ki taqareez (endorsements) moujood hain. Un ulama me khud Sarkaar Aala Hazrat, Hujjatul Islam, Mufti-e-Azam Hind, Sadrush Shariah, aur Muhaddith-e-Surti shamil hain.
Sarkaar Aala Hazrat ne is kitaab par jo taqreez likhi, uska Roman Urdu tarjuma ye hai:
*”O Allah! Saari tareefen Tere hi liye hain. Ye mubarak kitaab, jise mere sathi aur deeni bhai, sunnah ke madadgar aur bid’at ko mitane wale, Maulana Maulvi Mahmood Jaan Saheb Qadiri Barakaati Peshawari ne likha hai, mere samne aayi hai. Maine is kitaab ko behad aala salahiyaton se bhari hui, mukammal aur saaf paya hai.
Main Allah ka shukr ada karta hoon jiske baais unhone author (Mufti Mahmood Jaan) ko is mushkil daur me deen ki madad karne ke liye aisi roohani rahnumai di. Bila-shubha, Allah aur Uske Rasool ke fazl se, is parhezgar shaqsiyat ko jannat me aala muqam naseeb hoga.”*

Mufti-e-Azam Hind ki taqreez: “Allah Ta’ala author ko unki is koshish ke liye aala tareen jaza (reward) ataa farmaye.”

Hujjatul Islam Hazrat Hamid Raza Khan ki taqreez: “Ye pesh kiya gaya kaam bilkul sahi aur authentic hai. Maine ye baten khud apne hath se likhi hain.”

Sadrush Shariah Allama Amjad Ali ki taqreez: “Ye verdict (faisla) bilkul sahi hai.”
Aala Hazrat Ki Shaan Me Unka Likha Hua Manqabat
Hazrat ne Aala Hazrat ki bargah me ek behad khubsoorat manqabat likha, jiske kuch couplets (shers) ye hain:
Hum me Kya Ahmad Raza Dekha Tujhe
Sirr e Zaat e Mustafa Dekha Tujhe
Haq Ta’ala Ki Qasam Ahmad Raza
Naaib e Khairul Wara Dekha Tujhe
Is Zamaane Pur Fitan Me Ay Raza
Isthiqaamat Se Bhara Dekha Tujhe
Bhaagte Thay Aap Se A’adaa e Sunan
Partawe Sher e Khuda Dekha Tujhe
Banda e Mahmood Jaan Ne Ay Raza
Mazhar e Zaat e Khuda Dekha Tujhe
Hazrat Ka Wisaal-e-Shareef Aur Mazaar
Deen-e-haq ke ye azeem suraj, mard-e-mujahid aur Aala Hazrat ke sacche mureed, thik 3rd of Safar ko is fani dunya ko chor kar roohani dunya me dakhil ho gaye.
Kuch tareekhi sabooto ke mutabik, wisaal ke waqt Aap ki umr thik ek sau atharah (118) saal thi, jabki kuch masha’ikh ne Aap ki umr ek sau tees (130) saal bayan ki hai.
Aap ka roohani Mazaar-e-Aqdas Jamjodhpur, Gujarat, India me moujood hai, jahan har saal hazaron aqeedat-mand haazir hokar faiz haasil karte hain. Har saal unka azeem Urs Shareef manaya jata hai, jisme dunya bhar se log aakar unhe khiraaj-e-aqeedat pesh karte hain.
Mubarak Concluding Dua
Allah ta’ala apne Pyare Habeeb, Sayyiduna Muhammad (Sallallaho Alaihi wa Sallam) ke sadqe me,
Aur Hazrat Allama Mufti Mahmood Jaan Peshawari aur tamaam Auliya Allah ke waseele se,
Hum sabhi ko mukammal aur pakka Ishq-e-Rasool ataa farmaye, hum sabke Eimaan ki hifazat farmaye, aur sabko nek a’maal karne ki taufiq ataa farmaye.
Aur sabhi ko dunya aur aakhirat me kamyaabi ataa farmaye aur sabki har nek aur jaa’iz muraad ko poora farmaye.
Aameen, Thumma Aameen.
