Open your word document. There are few ways to do it. The first one is very easy and quick. Select the text you need. Click on ‘Align Left’ under ‘Paragraph’ category. Easy, right?
You can also delete spaces another way. Select the text you need. Click on ‘Replace’ under ‘Editing’ category. Type two spaces in the ‘find what’ field in the new window and type one space to the ‘Replace with’ field. Click on ‘Replace All’ and ‘Yes’, ‘Yes’ again and ‘Ok’. Done!
So, here’s the last way to remove spaces between words. Click on ‘Show hidden characters’. You can see Tab characters. Put the mouse pointer before it and press ‘Delete’ on your keyboard to remove it. If you have too many of them, you can use the second option here. Select the text you need. Click on ‘Replace’ under ‘Editing’ category.
Click ‘More’. Click on ‘Special’ at the bottom of the window and choose ‘Tab character’. Type one space to the ‘Replace with’ field. Click ‘Replace all’. Click ‘Yes’, ‘Yes’ again and ‘Ok’. Done!
